Exchange only, no refunds.
Items to be exchanged must be returned new, unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered in any way may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
If you would like to exchange your order please email us at email@example.com. Exchange request must be received via email or phone within 3 days of receiving the item. Items must be postmarked for return shipment within 7 days.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit. Please use a mail carrier with package insurance and tracking. Orders placed outside the United States may accrue taxes and duties, in which case, the customer is responsible for these charges.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
For custom orders, all sales are final.
